Meet the Team

DirectorCharlie established Vela RE after more than a decade working for developers including Barratt London, LLO and Horn + Horne.
During his time client side, he specialised in Land Acquisitions, purchasing sites across London and the South of England. This has led him to having an extensive knowledge of the property industry from acquisitions, planning, construction, through to the sales and marketing process.
Charlie has gathered a strong network of consultants which are able to benefit developers and landowners through all stages of the development process and maximise the potential of any opportunity.
